TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT OFFICER, SC SECURITY CLEARANCE, HYBRID

My Client, a leader in the public sector, is seeking an experienced technology support officer to work on a hybrid basis both from home and the London office.

As a member of the Technology Support Team you will be responsible for providing direct support to the user community.

You will be responsible for providing specific support tailored to the needs of VIP Users in the use of IT Systems and Services.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the enrolment and provision of IT equipment to new members and collection of equipment from outgoing members
• Support the Technology Support Lead in preparing and analysing the results of the Annual Member Survey to identify areas for improvement and to support Continuous Service Improvement.
• Assist in managing Freedom of Information requests to IT, ensuring the requests are answered accurately and to the best of our abilities.
• Support the Technology Support Lead in preparing and analysing the results of the Annual Member Survey to identify areas for improvement and to support Continuous Service Improvement.
• Manage personal development in keeping up to date on developing and emerging technologies, advising the IT Senior Management team on the application of these technologies for the benefits of the client.
