We are expanding high-quality supported living services and are looking for motivated Deputy Managers and Registered Managers ready to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Do

Lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional, person-centred support

*

Ensure services meet CQC standards and achieve outstanding quality outcomes

*

Oversee day-to-day operations across supported living settings

*

Drive continuous improvement, compliance and safe working practices

*

Build positive relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders

*

Support staff development through supervision, coaching and performance management

What We're Looking For

*

Experience in LD, Autism or Mental Health services (supported living or residential)

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff

*

Excellent understanding of safeguarding, compliance and quality assurance

*

Confident decision-maker with a genuinely caring and proactive approach

*

Ambition to progress and contribute to service growth
