Salary: £52000 - £56000/annum

We're recruiting for a talented Senior Product Manager to work with an exciting and growing software business.
This is a varied role in a fast growing SAAS (software as a service) company where you will work closely with fellow Product Managers, Development teams, UX function and clients to provide direction, solve problems in the most innovative way possible and analyse the impacts of those solutions.
This role is a hybrid role to be part office based and part remote. Ability to regularly visit company offices in either Liverpool, Birmingham or Peterborough is necessary.
This is the perfect next career step for a Product Manager or Product Owner.
Principal Responsibilities will be:
* Working with all involved parties to understand the problems to be solved, new opportunities and the potential business impacts.
* Understanding user journeys.
* Managing the product and development backlogs
* Working with clients and internal stakeholders to agree the Product MoSCoW.
* Analysis of data to support and inform the Product Roadmap.
* Maintain an excellent understanding of the product functionality.
* Effectively communicating risks and issues to all necessary parties.
* Definition of Product Roadmap to articulate the vision.
* Support of product releases through effective means.
* Ensuring product functionality and messaging is understood.
You will…
* Have a positive attitude and a drive to excel and improve.
* Have at least 5 years' experience working in a Product Owner or Product Manager role.
* Be comfortable coaching and mentoring other team members.
* Be a creative problem solver, with an ability to challenge assumptions.
* Have the ability to deal with change quickly.
* Be able to work well as a team and as an individual contributor using your own initiative.
* Backlog management (Product and Development).
* Have a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and a proven record of being able to deliver value quickly in this way.
* Have a strong ability to understand technical concepts and their application/impact in the product.
* Have excellent communication skills; written, verbal and presentation.
* Have experience running stakeholder workshops.
* Have strong stakeholder management skills .
* Have a good understanding of analysis techniques.
Additional Skills:
* Experience of working with a B2B products.
* Experience working with a SaaS product.
* Knowledge of Google Analytics, or experience in analysing data to provide actionable insights.
* Experience in/knowledge of QSHE industry.
