An excellent primary school in Welwyn Garden City is looking for a skilled and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.

Role Overview:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in the classroom

• Assisting with individual and group learning activities

• Helping to create an inclusive, supportive learning environment

• Working closely with teachers and SENCo to implement support plans

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN preferred but not essential

• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills

• Ability to work effectively within a team
