Spirehouse are currently recruiting for a Senior Housing Support Worker on behalf of a Public Sector organisation based in Warwickshire.

The Opportunity:

Housing Support experience is a must have, please note all care applications shall be dismissed.

Key duties:

* Manage an agreed caseload

* Maintain a high level of record keeping

* Ensure voids are reported in a timely manner

* Provide advice and support relating to Housing welfare and benefits

Further information:

* 37.5 hours per week

* Competitive salary - Permanent

* £17.50 via umbrella - Interim

Requirements.

* Enhanced DBS for immediate start

* Must have a full UK drivers licence and access to a car

* Experience of working within Housing Support is required
