Salary £27,000 - £30,000 Depending on experience. Plus performance-based incentives/commission.

Our Client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join their team.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by achieving results.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound sales inquiries while proactively generating outbound opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

* Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on leads.

* Provide day-to-day support to external sales representatives.

* Keep CRM systems updated with accurate client information.

* Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Skills & Competencies

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a confident telephone manner.

* Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.

* Confident using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and ERP systems.

* Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize workload effectively.

* Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven.

Required Experience

* Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management is preferred.

* Experience in a B2B environment would be an advantage.
