Role/Responsibilities:

* Read, understand and scrutinise Specifications

* Assist with management of design stage

* Procurement of sub-contractors, kit and plant

* Investigate Value Engineering

* Assist with preparation of Contract Documents I.e. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, RFI's, etc.

* Coordination and management of direct labor

* Instruct and coordinate site managers

* Progress reporting

* Overseeing commissioning and testing

* Preparation of OMs for final project handover

The ideal candidate:

* Ideally have a HNC or HND and good technical knowledge of mechanical services.

* Experience working in a range of sectors.

* Have the right forward-thinking attitude
