We are looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector.

Responsibilities

* Take ownership of both account management and business development, driving repeat sales while proactively winning new business over the phone within an established and growing customer base.

* Collaborate closely with a high-performing sales team to not only meet but exceed ambitious targets and contribute to overall company growth.

* Leverage your sales experience within the manufacturing sector to confidently understand customer needs, product applications, and production capabilities.

* Act as a key liaison between sales and production teams, ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated and delivered on time.

* Deliver outstanding customer service by resolving queries quickly and effectively, building long-term client relationships.

* Support day-to-day office operations, contributing to a smooth, organised, and productive working environment.

We're looking for someone who:

* Brings proven sales experience, ideally within manufacturing, engineering, or a related B2B environment.

* Is highly motivated, target-driven, and energised by the challenge of closing deals and growing accounts.

* Has a strong desire to build a long-term career in sales, with ambition to develop and progress.

* Communicates confidently and professionally, both over the phone and in writing.

* Performs well under pressure and can manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-moving setting.

* Is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Has excellent attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

* Is flexible and open to occasional travel between sites when required.
