About the Science Teacher Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Science Teacher to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students with engaging lessons and hands-on experiments.

Responsibilities of the Science Teacher:

* Plan and deliver high-quality Science lessons that cater to a range of learning styles and abilities.

* Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment where students can explore scientific concepts and develop their practical skills.

* Assess and monitor student progress in Science, providing constructive feedback and support.

* Contribute to the development of the Science curriculum and departmental resources.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Science and incorporate new technologies into the classroom.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and ensure the highest standards of Science teaching.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* A degree in a Science-related field.

* Experience teaching Science at the secondary level.

* A strong understanding of the UK National Curriculum for Science.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

* A passion for Science and a commitment to inspiring students.
