Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery

* Ensure high-quality care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards

* Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing nursery team

* Foster a positive, collaborative working culture

* Build strong relationships with parents and external agencies

* Ensure safeguarding and compliance standards are consistently met

* Maintain Ofsted readiness at all times

Requirements:

* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years (UK recognised)

* Strong knowledge of EYFS framework

* In-depth understanding of safeguarding

* Proven leadership experience within a nursery setting

* GCSE Maths (or equivalent), or willingness to achieve within 2 years
