We are currently working with a reputable Air Conditioning company who now need to appoint an outstanding individual to fit into their office area and assist with the day to day back office function. This role will include the following key duties.

* Booking the installation work in, and also booking service, maintenance and repair work.

* Invoicing duties.

* Planning the engineers work flow, and loading onto their PDA devices and managing.

* Chasing clients up for payment after work is carried out.

* Ensuring each engineer has the relevant stock on the vehicle each day.

* General office administration.

This is a busy planning role, with the opportunity to make it their own.

Working week is Monday - Friday 08.30am - 5.30pm.
