Are you a multi-skilled engineer with a strong background in Facilities Management and team leadership? We're looking for a Mobile Technical Supervisor to support our Area Facilities Manager in delivering first-class service across a portfolio of sites in the South West Central area.

The Role You'll play a key part in leading a large team of engineers, ensuring the delivery of PPM, reactive maintenance, compliance tasks, and health & safety standards across all sites. With a balance of hands-on technical expertise and strategic oversight, you'll support day-to-day operations while maintaining high levels of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

✅ Key Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a large technical team across multiple locations
Deliver planned and reactive maintenance services to a high standard
Ensure compliance with statutory legislation and company policies
Conduct site audits and support compliance reporting
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain service excellence
Assist in developing operational strategies with the Area Facilities Manager
Use CAFM systems for task management and reporting
Promote a strong health & safety culture across all activities👷‍♂️ About You
A qualified, multi-skilled engineer with a minimum of 5 years' experience
Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating large teams
Standard DBS Required 
Able to think clearly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook)
Familiar with CAFM systems and digital task reporting
Solid understanding of building services, facilities operations, and legislation
Well-versed in Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality assurance systems
