Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical PPM, reactive and proactive tasks within agreed timeframes to meet customer expectations
• Perform maintenance and repairs on critical systems and assets within engineering environments
• Oversee and monitor contractor activity to ensure quality and compliance with standards
• Ensure equipment performance meets specified criteria and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the surrounding areas
• Represent the company professionally, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks
• Liaise proactively with clients, addressing concerns and escalating where necessary to support service delivery

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within a critical engineering environment
• Confident in completing both PPM and reactive maintenance tasks independently
• Fully qualified in Electrical Installations – 18th Edition (minimum 17th Edition)
• Ideally holds 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and fault finding
• Comfortable working alone on shift and taking ownership of tasks
• Familiar with health & safety standards and compliance requirements
