Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to support schools across Southampton and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Working with pupils one-to-one or in small groups
Assisting children with their learning, confidence and classroom participation
Supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required
Who We're Looking For

We welcome applications from candidates with or without previous school experience. You might be:

An experienced Teaching Assistant
A graduate considering a career in teaching
Someone with experience working with children (sports coaching, youth work, childcare, tutoring, etc.)
Requirements:

A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
Good communication and teamwork skills
A desire to help children succeed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
