An exciting opportunity has become available for an Automotive Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic within a Volume Car Dealership, located in Wincanton.

Our Automotive Client has a need for a Vehicle Technician who is motivated and able to work to their own initiative.

Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm - paid at an enhanced rate.Duties include but are not limited to:

Carrying out Servicing and Repairs to a variety of Vehicles
MOT Testing
Performing Diagnostic Testing to identify Vehicle Faults.
Ensuring that paperwork is completed to the highest of standardsRequirements:

Can be qualified at IMI/NVQ Level 2 or equivalent Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Either 1-2 years of experience as a Vehicle Technician, post qualification.
A Current and Valid UK Driving Licence
Dedicated and committed approach.

Your own Vehicle Technician toolsThe salary of this role is up to £40,000 basic with OTE of £40,000.

Hours of work in this Vehicle Technician role are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm with 1-in-2 Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm (paid at an enhanced rate).
