Location: Sale
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00
Contract: Term Time Only - Temporary Ongoing

A valued client within the education sector is seeking a Temporary Finance Administrator to support their busy finance team during term time. This is a full-time position based in Sale, ideal for someone with strong administrative and financial experience looking to contribute to a vibrant educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing purchase orders and invoices
Handling petty cash and reconciliation
Assisting with budget monitoring and reporting
Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
Supporting with general administrative duties as requiredRequirements:

Previous finance or administrative experience (education sector experience essential)
Working knowledge of the SIMS FMS systems is essential
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one)
