Fantastic new opportunity to provide care and support to young lady with Learning Disabilities and some complex needs.
We are looking for a fun, warm, caring and kind Support Worker to become a part of integrated team supporting this lovely young lady during the night.
Assistance with personal care, dressing, updating care plans, light domestic chores, medication management will be required but this is only one part of the job. Emotional support, looking after client's wellbeing, encouraging independence, dignity and choice in a person-centred way will create your job very dynamic and meaningful.
Previous experience in similar roles as a Support worker are desirable but extensive training and induction will be provided before you start.
