The Role

We're looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join the team on a permanent, full-time basis. You'll be working on high-precision welded assemblies used in critical applications — so attention to detail, pride in your work, and a commitment to quality are essential.

Key responsibilities include:

TIG and MIG welding of precision components (mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium)

*

Working from engineering drawings and technical specifications

*

Maintaining high-quality standards in line with aerospace and defence requirements

*

Supporting fabrication and assembly work where required

*

Contributing to a positive, safety-first workshop culture

The Person

*

Experienced Welder or Fabricator, ideally with aerospace, defence, or precision engineering background

*

Confident with TIG welding (MIG experience advantageous)

*

Able to interpret and work from technical drawings

*

Reliable, detail-focused, and keen to produce work to exacting standards
