We are seeking an experienced and skilled Multi-Trader to join on our market leading companies covering West London and surrounding areas.

Price £200-£220 plus call out

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across domestic properties.

* Perform tasks including: carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, plastering, boxing in around boilers and general handyman duties.

* Diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and to a high standard.

* Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure excellent customer service.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.

* Provide accurate reports and updates on completed work.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Multi-Trader in a similar role.

* Strong skills in at least three core trades (e.g., carpentry, plumbing, tiling).

* Own tools and transport required.

* Valid CSCS card is desirable but not essential.

* Strong communication skills and a professional attitude.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
