Manufacturing Operative - Entry Level

Toorak is looking for an Entry Level Manufacturing Operative to join our Cheltenham team. No prior experience is required. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a career in manufacturing with full training and career development provided.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with warehouse duties such as receiving, storing and dispatching goods

* Support production tasks including cutting, welding, stitching and quality checks

* Learn to operate manufacturing equipment safely and effectively

* Maintain a clean and organised working environment

* Follow all health and safety procedures at all times

About You:

* No previous experience required as full training will be given

* Reliable, motivated and keen to develop new skills

* Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

* A strong team player with a positive approach

We Offer:

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

* Location: Cheltenham with free parking

* Salary: £12.21 per hour during training, with progression opportunities
