What else are we looking for you to have?

§ 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
§ Bachelor’s degree
§ Multi-national company experience - particularly EU and England
§ Experience with ADP
§ Excellent communication and customer service skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of an organization and clients
§ High emotional intelligence, empathy, and ability to achieve goals through influence and consensus
§ Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your daily schedule to meet deadlines
What will your day look like? Every day at NightOwl is different. Your duties will include, but aren’t limited to:
§ Owning the human resources processes, equal employment opportunity/affirmative action planning processes, tracking and reporting of key HR metrics, and personnel records management.
§ Ensuring compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures; including maintenance of personnel files.
§ Educating employees regarding human resource policies or procedures, especially with respect to payroll, benefits and contract administration.
§ Coordinating workers compensation reports/claims.
§ Recruiting employees. Develop and maintain job descriptions. Identify recruitment sources. Coordinate advertising. Oversee all pre-employment testing and new hire paperwork. Ensure all HR materials are up-to-date.
§ Organizing new-hire orientations and required training for staff.
§ Assisting with performance reviews and ensure the development and implementation of specific development plans to address performance issues as necessary.
§ Partnering with management to determine staffing needs and special assignments.
§ Creating and leading a management training program that will become a key strategic advantage for our business.
§ Other tasks as requested.
