Property Admin Manager

Right There are one of Scotland's leading charities that recently celebrated their 200th anniversary. They provide tailored support for people, at home, and in the community. They are here for people who are living with the effects of homelessness, poverty, substance use, or family breakdowns.

Last year they supported almost 4,000 individuals, helping to prevent them from becoming homeless or separated from the people they love. Every person's story is unique, and everyone's route home is different - it doesn't matter what the situation is - we're not here to judge, only to help.

In these progressive and exciting times for Right There, they are recruiting for the critical role of Property Admin Manager. The Property Admin Manager will lead the property admin team and be responsible for working closely with managers within the property department, housing programmes, the wider organisation and key external stakeholders to deliver an effective property administration function, with fit for purpose systems and processes. The role manages the property admin function coordinating with the Maintenance supervisor(s) on all property works ensuring key performance indicators are tracked and achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Property Administration Team

• Plan, allocate and track all property works

• Monitor KPIs, compliance data and finance reports

• Provide updates to managers and stakeholders

• Build strong relationships with landlords and contractors

• Hold suppliers accountable for quality and deadlines

• Support continuous improvement across the property function

• Recruit, train and develop team members

Skills & Experience

• Team leadership experience (property or admin environment)

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Ability to analyse KPIs, compliance and financial data

• Confident working with IT systems and reporting tools

• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach
