Salary: £41,375 to £46,680 (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

We're looking for an inspiring Home Manager to lead this home and create a warm, inclusive, and empowering environment where people feel valued, respected, and supported.

Whether you're an experienced manager or a confident Deputy Manager ready to step up into a Home Manager role, this is a powerful opportunity to lead with heart, purpose, and impact.

Your Role
As the Home Manager at Ty Seren, you'll be the heart of the home and the leader of the team.

You'll:
Lead and inspire a dedicated, values-driven team
Manage a warm, inclusive, and safe home environment
Create a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging
Champion person-centred care and independence
Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches
Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring
Ensure high-quality care, compliance, and best practice
Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionalsWho We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence, and integrity.

You'll need:

QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up as a Home Manager
Strong understanding of adult care regulations
Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities
A genuine passion for improving lives
A full UK driving licence
