Head of Data (ERP & Master Data)

London (Hybrid) £90,000 - £95,000 + benefits

The Role

We're working with a global consumer brand looking for a Head of Data to join on a 12-month fixed-term contract during a key transformation period.

You'll lead a small team and take ownership of product and supply chain data, supporting an ERP implementation alongside BAU operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 3 (Data Engineering & Master Data)
• Own product data (materials, dimensions, pricing and inventory/stock data)
• Drive data governance, quality, and structure
• Support ERP implementation and wider data transformation
• Work closely with tech, product, and supply chain teams

Requirements

• Experience leading data or master data teams
• Strong background in product + stock/inventory data
• Experience in B2C / consumer goods / retail environments
• Exposure to ERP systems
• Understanding of tools like Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python
