VAG Vehicle Technician

Location: Ringwood
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Basic | £45,000 - £50,000+ OTE
Hours: Monday-Friday (no weekends)

We are recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician with VAG (Volkswagen Audi Group) experience to join a busy and well-established dealership/workshop in Ringwood.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

* Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on VAG vehicles

* Perform diagnostics and fault finding using manufacturer systems

* Complete vehicle health checks (VHCs) and report findings

* Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer standards

* Accurately document work carried out

* Work collaboratively with the workshop team

✅ Requirements

* NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair

* Proven experience working with VAG brands (VW, Audi, SEAT, Škoda)

* Strong diagnostic skills (essential for higher salary bracket)

* MOT Licence (desirable but not essential)

* Full UK driving licence
