TeamJobs are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive / Office Manager for our client based in Poole, Dorset.

£28,000 DOE
Permanent - Full Time - Monday to Friday
22 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays)
Summertime leave early on Fridays
Clothing allowance £1,000
Fun Days - including sailing, paddleboarding afternoons, BBQ's and Team Birthday lunchesCustomer Service Responsibilities:

Working closely with external B2B customers, ensuring queries are dealt with efficiently.
Supporting queries with faulty garments and proposing satisfactory outcomes for both the client
Building relationships with key stakeholders
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support customer engagement.
Maintain and update CRM system.Office Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee the running of the office and operations.
Manage schedules and coordinating internal meetings.
Managing office supplies
Managing team events e.g. Christmas Parties, Birthdays etc.What we require from you:

Strong Customer Service skills
Experience working with Sage 200
Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
