Are you a Business Development Manager with experience in the retrofit housing sector looking to play a pivotal role in the future success of a renowned manufacturer offering progression into Directorship?

On offer is an exciting opportunity to step into a brand new role developing business across the UK for a long-standing and continuously growing company.

In this role you will be working within the social housing sector dealing with contractors and registered installers to sell a range of external wall insulations. This will include visiting sites across primarily England and Wales, conducting presentations, and liaising with the internal sales team.

Founded in the 80's, this manufacturer pride themselves on delivery excellent quality construction products across the UK, with dynamic growth plans to spread into new markets and double their business in the next 3 years.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager from a retrofit housing sector looking to be recognised as a key part of a large, thriving business they will be proud to work for.

The Role:

• Winning new business within the retrofit housing sector
• Selling construction products such as external wall insulations
• Site visits across the UK, dealing with contractors and installers
• Home based, in the Midlands office twice a week
• Travelling across the UK, staying away roughly once a week

The Person:

• Business Development Manager or similar
• Experience selling within the retrofit housing sector
• Technical understanding of construction products
• Comfortable with travelling and staying away
