Contracts Manager (Civil's Contractor)

My client a well established and trusted civil engineering contractor is seeking a strong and driven Contracts Manager to join their team. AS a business they undertake a wide range of contracts to highways and commercial groundwork's packages.

You will be responsible for managing contracts from pre-construction phase through to completion, reporting directly into the MD.

Along with support for the office team you will ensure the projects are staffed correctly, teams adhere to H&S on site, be client facing and ensure repeat business, Line manage SM's, PM's and supervisors, install a strong work ethnic and pride in the companies work
