Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Operational Management: Directs daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules, prioritizing call-outs and minor repairs (e.g., sensor replacements, door adjustments).
  • Team Leadership: Manages service engineers, covering training, performance reviews, and rota coordination.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensures all repairs meet health and safety regulations, specifically LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations).
  • Customer Focus: Acts as the primary point of contact for client complaints, service issues, and relationship management.
  • Technical Expertise: Requires knowledge of various lift types/manufacturers to diagnose faults and ensure "first-time fix" efficiency.
