We are looking for a receptionist to work a in a fast paced veterinary practice. The individual must have strong communications skills, have the ability to multi task, prioritize, be organized, detailed oriented, and have basic computer skills. They must also work compassionately and effectively with our clients and other staff members for the benefit of the pets we serve. The receptionist team is a crucial factor in contributing to the overall success of the hospital by maintaining accurate and proper documentation of medical records and also processing financial transactions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, checking patients in and out of the hospital, handling client invoices, handling payments, answering multiple phone lines, and scheduling appointments for exams.
The position requires the individual to work nights and weekends.
