This role involves leading a small team, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering high-quality display plans that drive commercial performance and customer satisfaction.

On Offer for Merchandising Supervisor:

• Salary £32,000
• 25 days annual leave
• Early finish on a Friday

Duties of Merchandising Supervisor:

• Build a strong understanding of the planning function and how it contributes to the wider business.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management, maintaining open and clear communication at all times.
• Take initiative to improve processes, highlight opportunities, and share ideas for adding value.
• Be proactive in managing your own performance, seeking support when needed and escalating issues appropriately.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the display planning team to ensure resources are prioritised effectively, aligned with business and customer requirements.
• Use data insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to recommend improvements to product performance within display plans.
• Ensure display plans are built accurately and on time, meeting briefs while maintaining a strong commercial balance of space, price points, and product mix.
• Validate plans before release, ensuring accuracy and quality for all stakeholders.
