Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Location: S72 Area
Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)
Start Date: Immediate / September 2025

About the Role:

Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.

*

Deliver targeted interventions to support pupil progress.

*

Support teaching and learning through small group work and 1:1 sessions.

*

Work alongside the class teacher to plan, prepare, and adapt activities.

*

Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing learning environment.

Requirements:

*

Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).

*

Proven classroom experience in a primary school setting.

*

Strong understanding of child development and learning strategies.

*

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

*

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
