Full Job Description Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children and young people? We are looking for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join a leading children's residential care service with homes in Liverpool and Surrounding Areas.

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (including sleep-in allowance)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent or Temporary (flexible options available)

Working via Lupa in homes across Liverpool, you will be part of a supportive, professional team dedicated to creating safe, nurturing, and stimulating environments where children can thrive.

What You Will Do

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will:

* Provide direct care and support to children

* Implement individualised care plans in line with therapeutic approaches

* Promote positive behaviour and safe, structured routines

* Support education, leisure, and social activities to enhance development

* Build meaningful relationships with young people, families, and external agencies

* Contribute to maintaining high standards of care, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance

Shift Patterns & Working Hours

* Full-time role with a rota including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts

* Sleep-in duties are included

* Flexibility is essential to provide consistent, 24/7 care and support

* Permanent and temporary positions are available

What You Will Be Rewarded With

* £30,000 - £40,000 per annum

What We Need From You

* Recent experience as a Children's Residential Support Worker in a children's home

* Level 3/4 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)

* Full UK Driving Licence

* Commitment to working flexible shift patterns, including evenings, nights, and weekends

* Dedication to delivering child-centred, therapeutic care in a safe and nurturing environment
