Role Overview

The Service Co-Ordinator will play a key role in supporting both the engineering team and customers, ensuring effective scheduling, strong communication, and efficient administrative processes. Key Responsibilities

* Contacting customers daily to arrange scheduled servicing.

* Reviewing and issuing Service Agreements.

* Planning and organising engineers' diaries.

* Reviewing completed jobs and updating systems accordingly.

* Preparing and issuing quotes for remedial work.

* Liaising with merchants and engineers to ensure accurate pricing.

* Processing invoicing for completed works.

* Handling incoming and outgoing customer calls.

* Creating jobs and updating customer records.

* Maintaining internal work systems and records.

* Managing the company vehicle fleet requirements.

* Ensuring regular servicing of company equipment is carried out.

Skills & Experience

* Previous experience in a busy office environment.

* Strong telephone communication skills, both inbound and outbound.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar administrative systems.

* A logical, practical mindset with attention to detail.

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

* A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

* Must have the right to work in the UK.

* Salary of £27,500 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
