Responsibilities:

• Plan and arrange import full-load deliveries
• Coordinate closely with internal Customs teams
• Provide customer service and general administrative support
• Manage import bookings and input data into internal systems
• Liaise directly with customers on shipment progress and requirements
• Support the wider team with daily operational and administrative tasks

• Import/Export experience (Desirable)
