Since our inception in 2016 our strategy has been to work with SME clients which has enabled us to grow our business to a full offering to companies covering vacancies in business services, marketing, and sales - Which is why the time is now right for us to add another person to our team. This opportunity would suit an individual who is experienced in HR, Recruitment or Sales.

What will you do as a Recruitment Resourcer?

* Match and Interview operations, administration and junior candidates

* Arrange interviews and send out confirmations / diary invites

* Prepare job adverts and post on job boards

* Keep the recruitment database up to date, ensuring all applicant information is accurate and accessible

* Provide administration support to the Operations Manager

What will you need to be a Recruitment Resourcer?

* You will have strong communication skills with a confident telephone manner and the ability to build a quick rapport

* Able to organise their own workload to meet targets

* Administration background preferred
