Your new companyAs a renowned global technology business, this company has operations across Europe, North America, South Africa, and APAC. Their head office can be found in the City of London within the Liverpool Street area, which is where this Executive Assistant position will be based. Commencing on an interim basis to cover a period of increased workload, this role will be supporting at C-Suite level within the Engineering arm of the company. Your new roleAs the Executive Assistant to the Chief Information Officer, this role will include, but is not limited to, the following:

• Calendar management on Microsoft Outlook
• Travel booking and arrangement
• Processing expenses and expense report preparation on Concur
• Preparing presentation materials for meetings.
• Create, edit, and revise reports, letters, invoices, emails, organisational announcements, PowerPoints and other documents as needed.
• Liaising with other departments and outside agencies, including Executive staff and their Executive Assistants.
• Handling confidential and non-routine information with discretion.

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience as an EA supporting at C-Suite is a necessity.
• Experience within the technology industry would be advantageous.
