🕒 42.5 hours per week We're working with a well-known company in Poole to find a Goods Out Team Leader for their busy warehouse.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse work and leading a team. You'll be helping to make sure that all orders are packed, checked, and sent out correctly and on time.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Goods Out team
Pick and pack orders quickly and accurately
Check that orders are correct before sending
Print delivery notes and shipping labels
Keep the work area clean and tidy
Make sure health and safety rules are followed
Train and support team members
Help manage supplies like boxes and labelsRequirements

Experience working in a warehouse
Experience leading or supervising a team
Good attention to detail
Able to use computers and follow processes
