Sands & Vossen are expanding and are now recruiting experienced Tiler / Bathroom Fitters to join our growing core team.

We specialise in high-quality bathroom and wet room installations across private homes and high-end holiday properties. Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail — and we are now extending that same standard to our employment opportunities.

The Role

You will work closely with the Company Director as part of a core installation team, delivering exceptional tiling and finishing standards.

Key responsibilities include:

* On-site induction with the Company Director

* Completing specific layouts and designs provided by the Director

* Liaising with the Director to identify any alignment or finish issues

* Coordinating remedial works to achieve the highest possible finish with minimal disruption

* Assessing methods and efficiencies to support quality progression

* Completing final handover to the Director

Duties

* Preparing surfaces for tiling, including cleaning and levelling

* Measuring and cutting tiles accurately

* Laying tiles to specified patterns and designs

* Applying grout and sealants to ensure durability and finish quality

* Repairing or replacing damaged tiles where required

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Tiler / Bathroom Fitter or similar role

* Strong understanding of layouts, patterns, and finish detail

* Confident with hand and power tools

* Ability to work accurately and independently

* High attention to detail and pride in workmanship

* Professional, reliable, and customer-focused

Employment Structure

* Self-employed initially with a minimum 6 months of secured, rolling work

* Option to move to employed PAYE role following a successful period

Employed package (offered to the right candidate):

* £50,000 per year salary

* Company van

* Performance-based bonuses

* 20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing with service

* Long-term security and progression within the business

Pay & Hours

* £30.00 per hour (self-employed)

* 42.5 hours per week (08:00-17:00)

* Optional Saturday work available
