Our ambition is to inspire clients, their relatives and professionals alike by consistently attaining excellent outcomes; supporting people with compassion and ; We are currently looking for a Support Worker to provide a high level of care to our client, a nine-year-old girl with cerebral palsy, at her home in ; The Benefits - Salary of £ - £ per hour - Work directly for the end client and not an agency - Make a positive, lasting difference to a young person’s life - Take on a wonderfully rewarding role helping in the day-to-day life of this child - Statutory benefits and holiday The Role As a Support Worker, you will provide an excellent care service to our ; Based at the client’s home, you will assist her with all personal care needs, support the delivery of her therapy programme and help her to get involved with community ; About You To join us as a Support Worker, you will need: - Previous experience of caring for children or adolescents with physical or learning disabilities - To be registered with, or working towards registration with, Social Care Wales - To hold a recognised Health and Social Care qualification (NVQ Level 2 or a Diploma) or have completed the All Wales Induction Framework, or be willing to complete this within 6 months of starting if successful - A full, valid driving licence Due to the personal care nature of this role, only female applicants will be considered.
