Join our team as a GP Surgery Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in supporting patient health and wellbeing. In this role, you will:

• manage minor ailments and long-term conditions such as hypertension

• independently prescribe medications in line with best practice

• provide high-quality medication reviews and optimise treatment plans

• deliver safe, effective prescribing support for the GP team

• collaborate with GPs, nurses, and wider MDT staff to deliver holistic care

• maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• to be a qualified Independent Prescriber (IP)

• previous experience working in a GP surgery / primary care setting

• strong experience in minor ailments, hypertension, and prescribing

• excellent communication and teamworking skills

• the ability to work autonomously in a busy GP practice environment
