The Role:

You will handle a diverse, high-quality caseload of Wills, Trusts, Estate Administration and Tax Planning matters, while contributing to the department's strategic development and mentoring Junior Solicitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting complex Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Advising on Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning and succession structures
• Administering trusts and estates, including complex and cross-border matters
• Advising on Court of Protection applications
• Overseeing trust and estate accounting and compliance
• Building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives

About You:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 8+ years' PQE in Private Client Law
• Proven experience handling complex, high-value estate and trust work
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills
• STEP qualification desirable but not essential
• Ambitious, commercially aware and keen to play a strategic role in the firm's growth
