We are working with a property maintenance contractor who is looking to hire a Mobile Electrical Engineer to cover sites across Central London. The work is mainly residential with some retail.
This is a mobile, reactive role. It will suit someone used to travelling between jobs, fault finding, testing, and dealing with call-outs rather than working on one site.
The position includes being on the on-call rota, 1 week in 3.
The role- Reactive maintenance and fault finding
- Inspection & testing including EICRs and remedials
- Small works and replacements
- Emergency lighting and general electrical repairs
- Travelling across Central London daily
- On-call rota 1 week in 3
Requirements- 18th Edition
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Recognised electrical qualification
- Experience in residential / maintenance / multi-site work
- Must have worked in a mobile role before
- Full UK driving licence
- Must be comfortable working across Central London
Candidates must be used to call-outs, travelling between jobs, and working independently. This is not suitable for someone who has only worked on a single site or only done installation work.
