We're recruiting on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a newly awarded £40m wastewater infrastructure scheme in Iver. You'll lead commercial strategy, contract management and cost control, reporting into the Commercial Manager and working closely with site and operational teams.

You'll Need:

NEC contract experience essential

Background in water or civils preferred

Strong reporting and change control knowledge

Experience managing cost plans, subcontractor accounts, and CVRs
