The Role

As a Senior Planner, you'll work with a diverse range of public and private sector clients, helping deliver planning solutions that shape communities across the UK.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading and managing a variety of planning projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, retail, education, energy, and infrastructure

Preparing and submitting planning applications, ensuring compliance with policy and regulation

Engaging with stakeholders, local authorities, and communities to support and advocate for projects

Conducting assessments to support Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and managing EIA projects from inception to completion

Staying up to date with planning legislation and policy changes

Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues as part of a collaborative team

About You

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious planner with:

A relevant degree and minimum 3 years' experience in planning

Chartered RTPI status (or working towards it)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong project management capabilities with a proactive, problem-solving approach

Experience in consultancy or EIA management (desirable)

Commitment to sustainable and responsible development
