We are currently working with our client who are an established Real Estate and Property Services providers in the UK, whom are looking for a Centre Director to join their team in Manchester on a permanent (full-time) basis.
You will be responsible for the Manchester branch including the implementation of the company growth strategy, team structuring, direct business, operational excellence and maximising profitability of residential conveyancing.
In this role, you will:
* Control team capacity for optimal productivity and performance.
* Conduct monthly performance reviews and issue operational reports.
* Identify training needs and oversee performance management.
* Implement strategies aligning the Manchester office with the company's overall strategy.
* Maintain consistent processes across all teams.
* Manage relationships across the branch network for potential business growth.
* Focus on team profitability and revenue streams.
* Uphold and promote company culture and values daily.
* Assist colleagues with guidance and support as needed.
* Oversee direct business/sales team and assist in its development.
* Take lead or support assigned projects and tasks.
* Ensure operational excellence and enhance business operations.
* Undertake evolving duties as the role develops with company growth.
