Reactive Maintenance Lead

PM Group is looking for a Reactive Maintenance Lead for a chemical project in West Yorkshire, England.

Responsibilities

* Working alongside existing engineers, managers, and directors.

* Leading and/or supporting the team, offering input into maintenance reviews and site improvement plans.

* Supporting and advising key client stakeholders.

* Creating and maintaining maintenance/reliability schedules, statements, and manuals.

* Other tasks in-keeping with the maintenance role.

* Managing and maintaining equipment and advising the buying department.

* Supporting internal and external training delivery.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will be qualified mechanical engineers with relevant prior experience. Experience with managing mechanical-led energy and/or chemicals plant maintenance is essential. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
