Our client is seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead high-impact building projects - from bespoke residential and conservation work to major city redevelopments.

The role:

Lead projects and guide design teams
Deliver innovative structural solutions
Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and clients
Mentor junior engineers and grow into senior leadership

About you:

A confident structural designer with leadership experience
Skilled in Tekla, Tedds, and industry standards
A great communicator with a sharp eye for detail - and a sense of humour
