What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be part of a global engine closing thousands of deals across dozens of countries - and you'll be at the front of it.

Your role includes:

* Securing high-value commercial agreements that launch new flexible workspace locations

* Hunting promising buildings, sites and partners across your region

* Pitching investment opportunities that transform buildings into profitable workspace hubs

* Persuading partners to invest heavily in new centre development

* Quickly building relationships and expanding your B2B network

* Identifying growth-minded partners who match our global expansion pace

* Owning your pipeline from first conversation to signed contract

* Tailoring your approach to different commercial models, financial structures and partner needs
