Scope of Works

1. Wall Preparation & Painting

Surface: Standard plaster-finished walls
Preparation:
Fill holes and surface imperfections
Sand surfaces to achieve a smooth finish

Finish:
Apply off-white acrylic eggshell paint
Ensure even coverage and clean edges

2. Woodwork Preparation & Painting

Surfaces: Skirting boards, architraves, window sills
Preparation:
Sanding and cleaning of all woodwork
Priming where necessary

Finish:
Apply white gloss paint
Ensure high-quality, durable finish

Materials

Off-white acrylic eggshell paint for walls
White gloss paint for woodwork
Fillers, sandpaper, primer, masking tape, and other necessary consumables
Health & Safety

All work to be carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations
Area to be kept clean and tidy during and after works
Appropriate signage and ventilation to be maintained
Timeline

Estimated duration: 4 days
Work to be scheduled in coordination with college facilities team
Quality Assurance

Final inspection to be conducted with site representative
Touch-ups and corrections to be completed before sign-off
